Campus Stash is a student-run storage service in Ontario. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you use our booking or quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup address, the type of inquiry you chose, and any message you write.

Why we collect it

We use it to reply to your inquiry, quote or book your storage, schedule pickups and returns, and send you confirmations. We don't sell your information.

Who handles it

• Our booking system and email are provided by Zoho, which stores your form submissions and sends our emails to you.
• This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as your IP address so the site can load.
• Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
• Only Campus Stash partners who need it to deliver the service see your booking details.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our obligations, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email us at PRIVACY_EMAIL and we'll respond promptly.
